A simple solution to your email roadblocks
Published 16 days ago • 4 min read
I'mma gonna be talkin' about the newest addition to my Skool community, The Inbox Writing Room, for the next few weeks. This is for business owners who have an email list but aren't consistently emailing their subscribers for a VARIETY of reasons... and would love some accountability, some writing prompts, and a legit space to get it done with some other cool peeps.
Not interested? Then click here to stop getting emails about it but stay on my list. 😘
I'm SO afraid to say spring is here (I live in upstate New York and it snowed last week! 😬), but I just spent the last couple of hours mowing the lawn while my partner did the weed wacking, leaf blowing, and raking.
And I thought, "How nice that we can split up the yard work."
And how nice that we can split up a lot of the chores, actually! Sometimes I take it for granted. (But I NEVER take J for granted! I swear, he's a rare gem of a man who likes a NEAT and TIDY home, haha.)
But this sharing of chores brought me back to when I got divorced in 2016 (another story for another time, eh??), and I lived alone almost 8 years.
EIGHT YEARS!!
I freaking LOVED it though. 🤣
I loved not having anyone to consult, no one else's opinions to worry about or calendar to share, being able to make dinner with consideration to only my taste buds, and only blaming myself for when the apartment was starting to look a little bit messy.
(Okay, actually, I still blame myself because I *am* the messy one in J and I's relationship. 😬)
But when I got sick during those 8 years? I had to drag my ass out of bed and to the pharmacy. And when I got my dog, Blair? Oof. Having a dog as a single lady was... ruff. (Pun intended.)
"What do you mean, mom? I'm the perfect dog! Can't you tell by my crazy eyes??"
It made me realize how different things feel when you're NOT doing everything alone...
The support you receive doesn't just give you relief, but it gives you a sense of belonging.
Decision-making doesn't feel as exhausting...
And simply being in the same room together can give you comfort. A simple kind of joy, if you will.
Lately, I've noticed the same thing with fellow business owners & entrepreneurs...
Some days, you might feel like you're "divorced" from the rest of the world. Head down, laptop open, looking for your next client or trying to figure out your next move.
And it feels nice, for a little while...
You've got nowhere to clock in. No one to report to (except to clients, of course!). And you can take as MANY dance breaks as you want.
And yeah, yeah... it's all fun and games until the decision fatigue sets in, you realize that shiny object syndrome is a REAL THING, and your dogs just don't cut it anymore as co-workers. 🐶
So when it's time to write an EMAIL to your list?
Pffffft.
No. THANK you.
But daaaaaang... with emails still delivering the highest ROI in 2026, it bums me out that so many entrepreneurs continue to keep it on the lower end of their priority list (for one reason or another).
This is why I'm launching the Inbox Writing Room next month, which is a LITERAL space (okay, it's a Zoom Room, sue me) for business owners who want to regularly write emails to their lists with consistency, intention, and purpose.
Purpose, I tell you!! PURPOSE!!
Because I'm also a big ole' "NO THANK YOU" to writing emails that say nothing, clutter up your subscribers' inbox, reek of AI, and don't bring in any of that dang moolah.
Are you still with me? Great. Then keep reading to see if The Inbox Writing Room is for you...
👉 Here's the dealio: The Inbox Writing Room is going to be inside the Premium Tier of my existing Skool community, The Copy Confidence Club.
Inside The Inbox Writing Room, you will:
Finally stop overthinking every email and just hit send
Turn your random thoughts, stories, and ideas into emails people want to read
Leave each session with real progress… or a finished email ready to send
Feel less alone every time you sit down to write (because everyone else is doing it too!)
You'll also be able to:
Build a consistent newsletter habit (without it taking over your life)
Get out of “I should email my list…” and into actually showing up for yourself (and your subscribers!)
Start seeing your email list as an asset (not a guilt trip sitting in the background)
And the best part? Over time, you'll notice how you can:
Write in a way that actually sounds like you—not some weird, polished robot version of you 🤖
Learn how to use AI as a support tool—not a crutch that erases your voice
Build confidence in your voice, your ideas, and your ability to communicate them
Whew! That's a lot, isn't it?
But it's a lot of good stuff. 🥳 And I couldn't leave any of it out, ok??
If you're already feeling like this is exactly what you need, then you can swoop in right now and grab the EARLY Early Bird Price of just $27/month before it bumps up to $37/month on May 5th, and then $47/month on May 19th, one day before the first session.
I know, I know... what is wrong with me. This should be like $97/month, minimum. Especially since you get access to so much more than JUST the Inbox Writing Room when you join. But more on that later!
Throwing all caution to the wind, Rachael
P.S. If you're already a Premium Tier member of my community, you may as well click here to opt out of receiving these emails because you automatically have access to The Inbox Writing Room at the price you paid when you first joined The Copy Confidence Club. 🎉
If you no longer want to receive emails about The Inbox Writing Room but you want to stay on my list (I'm sending a few more emails than usual over the next couple of weeks), then you can opt out of receiving Inbox Writing Room emails by clicking here.

The Real Deal Digest Issue No. 32 A bi-weekly(ish) newsletter that shares the business-y truths no one wants to talk about...but everyone is thinking. 😬 ⏲️ Read time: 4-5 min I’m gonna be so FR* with you today (as the Gen Zers say):Writing newsletters consistently can feel like a total b*tch. And lately? I’ve barely been able to keep my head above water due to a temporary full-time gig I said yes to… until June. JUNE. OMG, that feels so far away. 😩 But today, it’s 55 degrees, the sun is out,...
The Real Deal Digest Issue No. 31 A bi-weekly newsletter that shares the business-y truths no one wants to talk about but everyone is thinking. ⏲️ Read time: 5 min Until last week, I secretly thought I was better than everyone else who watches shows like The Bachelor or Love is Blind. That’s because (again, up until last week), I believed I was above all that nonsense. You know… an intellectual. A total snob, side-eyeing the viewers who “wasted” their time on such frivolous shows starring...
The Real Deal Digest Issue No. 29 January is a weird month, isn't it? It's technically just another month with 31 days (six other months manage just fine), but somehow January always feels like it lasts three years. The days are short but also feel long. If you're up north like I am, the cold and snow act like it will never leave. Actual footage of my backyard right now. 😭 And as February shows up and the "new year energy" reveals its true self, you find yourself in one of three camps: ⛺ Camp...
